1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Feya mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Feya regarding your use of the App. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

Feya is a health tracking application designed to help users track their menstrual cycles, symptoms, moods, and related health information. The App provides predictions and insights based on the data you input.

While we strive to provide accurate information and useful features, Feya is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App is for informational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the data you input into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights, and that it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Feya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the App, or delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Feya, a Feya employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App
• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose
• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER FEYA NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH FEYA MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL FEYA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feya, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
